Also, it is also important that you limit your caffeine intake. However, if you really need coffee at six in the morning, then you have to make sure that you drink lots of water more than the amount of caffeinated beverages you had.

It is also important that you eat the right food. You should take foods that are rich in protein, zinc, vitamin C and vitamin A. you also need to increase your consumption of vegetables, citrus fruits, nuts, eggs and fish.
